Dear colleagues, 

We are delighted to invite you to our 5th continuing education event, Focus on Pathology, at the St. Anna Foundation Conference Center in Lucerne. The event will take place on January 19 and 20, 2027. 

This two-day symposium will take us on a journey through current topics in PATHOLOGY. The publication of a new WHO classification is always a milestone for PATHOLOGY, as it has a significant impact on diagnostics in PATHOLOGY. Lectures on the PROS and CONS of these new classifications therefore attract not only many pathologists, but also those interested in oncological issues, precision medicine, or molecular diagnostics. As you can see from the attached draft program, we have succeeded in attracting a large number of renowned international speakers who were instrumental in the development of these classifications. These speakers will highlight the relevant innovations in the WHO classifications and, following the presentations, will be available for lively discussions, which are already a familiar feature of our event. If you cancel 30 to 15 days before the event, we charge 50% - 14 days before the event or if you don’t show up, we charge 100%. If the participant cancels before the deadlines mentioned above, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for administrative costs.
